Pretty view but I would...

Liked: The view is very pretty. There is a lovely porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the view.
Disliked: As we were checking in , we were notified that parking was ten dollars a day. First time we've ever paid parking to use the hotel parking in OC. We had to ask for towels several times and some front desk people were not very friendly. Our air conditioner broke down and was not able to be fixed. The hotel was booked and we could not switch rooms. We ended up leaving 8 pm instead of the next afternoon.

Liked: View from balcony. On-site parking except that you have to pay for it. Shower was nice. Beach access with showers. Beach also doesnt get super crowded where the hotel is. Close to alot of things in the area. About a 10min drive to the inlet parking for the boardwalk. It does sit at the end of the boardwalk in you wanna just walk down to things.
Disliked: Pillows are horrible, feels like you're just laying your head on a towel. Bathroom door is a barn door that leaves cracks in the door so you can hear everything and doesnt feel super private. Bedding for the king sized fits like it's made for a queen sized bed which leads to fight over the blanket all night. Needs bigger trashcan in room, they only fit like a bottle and some light trash. Parking is on site but you have to pay $10 per day and do it through an app. Elevators just crowded during peak times but that's normal. Price doesn't feel completely worth the hilton name.

Disliked: Having to do everybody else’s job. Do everything yourself. More or less if you can’t figure it out, come and let us know and then we’ll help you. No, help me when I check in. Also, pay to park in the hotels parking lot. That should be free, I am overpaying for hotel to begin with. Really?!disappointed, Dunes Manor knew how to run the business and were more than glad to help. I was told when I checked in, if I can’t figure it out, then we’ll help you. No, help me while I am asking now.
