Liked: Relaxing and cozy. Clean. Friendly staff
Disliked: No breakfast buffet. No free coffee ,only small Starbucks. No lobby bathroom

Pretty view but I would...

Liked: The view is very pretty. There is a lovely porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the view.
Disliked: As we were checking in , we were notified that parking was ten dollars a day. First time we've ever paid parking to use the hotel parking in OC. We had to ask for towels several times and some front desk people were not very friendly. Our air conditioner broke down and was not able to be fixed. The hotel was booked and we could not switch rooms. We ended up leaving 8 pm instead of the next afternoon. Edit: to make things worse we never received the partial refund we were promised for leaving early In fact we were over charged
