Disliked: We hardly slept a wink as the loud thumping noise from the surrounding bars went on until after 2.00am. Disastrous stay. AND There was no free water or breakfast and you had to pay $25 for parking

Disliked: really bad parking was across the street a block away, then you had to pay for it

Disliked: We were celebrating a special occasion—both an anniversary and a birthday—but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and made it clear they didn’t want to be there. There was no sense of customer service whatsoever. While nothing specific happened, their attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional.Parking was a nightmare, and to make matters worse, loud music played all night, making it impossible to sleep. Just two months ago, I stayed at a Hilton in Tennessee and had a fantastic experience. This, however, was the complete opposite.I regret choosing this hotel and would absolutely not recommend it.
