Liked: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room service was spectacular, always tidy and clean
Disliked: Even though it's not a problem in itself, the room didn't have a complimentary hygiene kit. Having access to amenities such as a tooth brush, tooth paste and/or slippers is always life-saving, especially when you are travelling on your own with little spare time.

Disliked: The breakfast was not as expected as you could only order to the value of the voucher and was therefore limited unless you paid more. I was expecting a buffet style breakfast

Liked: Not much….
Disliked: Extremely small room, breakfast took 45 minutes, tv was broken, light switch was broken, cocktail hour had a bartender that was needed supervision.

Disliked: Our bed sheets had a small red stain like blood and i asked to be changed and eventually it was not!

Short and sweet stay at...

Liked: The location and being able to see the view of the water out our window
Disliked: I felt that the shower needed to be cleaned better and the sliding door for the bathroom was extremely hard to open and close.

Liked: You have to have a room key to access your floor. The staff was attentive.
Disliked: The shower door wouldn’t close properly. When we first turned on the sink, it ran brown water. Going to the basement to get drinking water was inconvenient but it was nice it was available.
