Liked: - friendly staff: they let us check in early- close to subway (Bowling Green & South Ferry)- clean rooms- you can open the window (not fully but still)- comfortable bed
Disliked: I’d expect bigger closet and more storage space for clothes

Liked: Staff was receptive and responsive. Room was small but comfortable. We received compensation for the problem we experienced with the room TV. Good location in downtown NYC, close to the Seaport, the Financial District, Battery Park.
Disliked: The television was not working despite an engineer coming to try to fix it. The restaurant advertised a restaurant and bar, but it was actually a self-serve kiosk ordering system with delivery to the room, or self-pick up at a counter. The bartender told us to order drinks from the kiosk but there were no bar drinks on the menu.

Liked: Close to the State Island Ferry, Battery Park, 911 Memorial and Citibike Rentals. Perfect launching point for Lower Manhattan. Also the Gym and the complementary coffee in the mornings in the Lobby. I was sick one morning and my husband went to the 2nd floor for food. They were just closing after breakfast but they stayed to make some toast for me and when my husband tried to charge it to the room and found out that it was separate so he needed to pay but he had no money and was going to go back to the room to get some but they said to not worry about it.
Disliked: There was construction out front so that was a little disappointing...but out of their control.
