Liked: Location was excellent easy access to the subways such as Red 1 or 2, yellow and green and the other point is going to the elis island (statue of liberty) is very easy to get ferry from this hotel, walkable distance to the ferry station highly recommended whoever visiting to NYC

Liked: Great location, close to many attractions in Manhattan. Customer service was on par with my expectations. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable for my family.

Liked: Location is really close to the battery park subway station and to the entry point of ferry towards statue of liberty. The staff were really nice.
Disliked: There was maintenance work going on right outside the hotel. In Uber as well the location was not shown. The corridors connecting the rooms are a bit cramped.
