Beautiful hotel but a frustrating...

Liked: Clean and restaurant/snack bar was great.
Disliked: No shower curtain for 2days. Day 2, wet towels removed but not replaced. Key card was deactivated on days 2&3. Pillows were flat and no replacements available

Great nights sleep!

Liked: Comfy beds and pillows. Large room. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast good. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Disliked: The pool was dirty with debris floating on the surface and debris on the bottom of the pool. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. So we were disappointed we couldn't use the pool. The first room we were assigned was extremely stuffy smelling, and there was a musty smell. We were switched to another room which was much better.
