Liked: I have a hotel phobia, but after extensive research of many hotel reviews, I chose this hotel. I'm glad I did. Upon entering the lobby, it was very neat and clean, and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. When I entered my room, and saw how much more roomy it was than other hotels, and how extremely clean it was, I felt at ease and was able to relax and get a good night's rest. I had only booked for one night but ended up needing to stay a second night, so I booked online at about 10 pm, and when I checked in, I was able to get the same room again. I would definitely stay here any time I'm in the area.

Disliked: Drain in tub would not stop the water. Was all way down but still let water run out

Liked: Staff was helpful, lobby is very inviting.
Disliked: I had to have my key reprogrammed 3 times in a one night stay. The gentleman next door also had to do the same several times. The bed was ok, a bit of a divot in the middle. There were stains on the wall in the room, like someone had spilled something.
