Our stay was ok except...

Disliked: I was charged for a room I did not book. The management said I booked another room through Booking.com which I did not.

The room was good, missing...

Disliked: I had late check out, put the do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning lady saw me and asked what time was I checking out, informed her that I had late check out at 12, at about 1050 am with the rag on the door she opened the door to come in.. Also the breakfast, almost nothing available to choose from 30 min prior to it ending, and the staff said they werent putting anything else out, this include juice, I had already started eating before they said this..
