Great stay, perfect for exploring...
Liked: Great location walkable right into the heart of the attractions.
Disliked: Slow/broken lift. When they were trying to fix it we had to walk (luckily down) the 19 floors. Can’t be helped but just glad we weren’t checking out that day!

Liked: Conveniently to subways and walking to stores and attractions
Disliked: Air conditioner condensation had possible leak - damp underneath if walking barefeet

Want the second night refunded...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Asked for early check in, they wouldn't do it because we booked thru Booking.com. We were made to wait the whole day before they would check us in. The mobility room was a disaster. Bed was sitting in this wooden pedestal that we hit our legs on, floor was slippery I almost fell, bathroom shower had no lip so water drained in the middle, very slippery I did complain. Their customer relations are awful. I had to call 5 times and so far they are refunding one night by check which they said it would take 30 days. I want the second night refunded. This place was dark, dirty,, carpeting was filthy. I'm not sure they changed the bedding it was so bad. Hopefully Booking.com will help us get the second night refunded.
