The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Disliked: They charge room water bottles starting from the second day of staying. We would have appreciated it if it was free of charge like the coffee pods ...

This is the place to...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. And the staff was super helpful and answered any question that was asked with the best disposition. Also if you wanted to go to key locations in NY it was all on walking distance or a short train ride.
Disliked: We had a bit of a situation with the fire alarms on one of the days of our stay. That was a bit problematic, but they were false alarms. However they were activated several times, and we had to walk up an down each time they rang. When face with the first activation we discovered that there were no protocol to evacuate handicap (wheelchair), and was quite difficult given that they are more than 25 floors in the building. However this was on time situation that haopened when I was there. Other than this the stay was great. But it is something to considered if you are booking and have or are somebody who uses a wheelchair.
