The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Too expensive for the value.

Liked: The staffs are kind and the location is good.
Disliked: There was construction during our stay and one of the elevator was not working. The room was to small for 4 people and nothing was complimentary that I even had to pay for a bottle of water.

Terrific!

Liked: The staff were so kind and helpful, they helped us almost about everything, the room was very clean and hotel was close to metro and touristic areas especially to times sq and central park. To our luck, room’s view was spectacular. As 2 woman tourists, we felt really safe and welcomed. Thanks for everyone who works there again. Definitely will come again.
Disliked: No cons. Everything was terrific. 10/10
