Great Location, walking distance to...

Liked: Location was great, plenty of food options near by. Walking distance to Central Park and time square. Walking distance to bus tours
Disliked: I waited over 30min for an elevator, the fitness room and guest laundry were closed for refurbishment but no notice was given at check in or in the website. Staff not helpful, when we asked about laundry, kept directing us to the hotel laundry service, but we had bulk laundry to catch up on. Ended up walking a couple of blocks to a laundromat in Hells Kitchen.

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was relatively spacious for that location.

Check your receipt before you...

Liked: -The location was the best.-Big room
Disliked: -Broken elevators. Sometimes I needed to wait for 10 mins.-When I checked out, the first receipt was wrong (they charged me 120USD more). I noticed that and front staff corrected the rate. -I wanted to double check about the receipt but this hotel never replies to emails.(I could get the refund. So at least I am happy about that. Thank you!)

Really good, especially if you're...

Liked: LOCATION.. Couldn't have been better. ROOM.. Very adequate, clean, spacious, and comfortable although no USB outlets in room or bathroom. Bring your own plugs. STAFF.. Exceptional. Friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Elevators.. Antiquated, small and slow.
