The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great Spot - Reasonable Price

Liked: Location was fantastic - really close to Broadway, Times Square and Central Park, yet no noise in the room.Bed was comfortable, has fridge and microwave. There is a coffee machine and they even brought me a kettle to make tea.Various train routes available close by and a couple of supermarkets on the corner of 8th Ave.Everywhere in New York is expensive, but this was a little more affordable for such a good location. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: If I have to pick something, the shower is horrible. Once you figure out how to actually find the hot water, (which is not really hot) the water pressure is really bad.The lifts are a little slow but that is common in multi-story busy hotels.

Good location but

Liked: Location is very central -- Time Square, Rockefeller centre and Broadway Theatres are accessible within 5-10 minutes of a walk.
Disliked: Lifts take >15 minutes to arrive even during the non-busy hours. They had engineering work going on during our stay -- the tap and shower spat turbid/muddy water. They did not care to warn us about that. The next day, boilers were down and there was no hot or even lukewarm water in the shower -- again, no warning. This property did not live up to the Hilton standards even a bit!

Definitely recommend

Liked: The customer service was beyond excellent and I would definitely recommend the Hilton brand to anyone travelling for work, a holiday or other.
Disliked: Nothing! Thank you for making my time at your hotel so pleasant and for making my work voyage so easy. I was taken away by your customer service.
