The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay in NYC

Liked: Great location, nice in-room facilities including air conditioning, fridge and microwave! Clean room, comfortable large bed.Located 5 min walking distance from metro and buses. Walkable distance to central park. Plenty of nice restaurants around and close to various Broadway shows.
Disliked: Elevators are indeed a bit problematic. Around 3-5pm and in the morning you might spend up to 10 minutes waiting for it to come. It's especially hard to get it from the ground floor for some reason. It wasn't terrible though for us.Room service is every second day. It didn't matter for us, but for such a price you'd expect them to ask if you're ok with this or would like a daily service.I also didn't receive any answers to my messages via booking.

Overall, it was a decent...

Liked: First of all, the location is absolutely perfect — right in the city center with excellent access to public transportation, including a nearby metro station. Despite being in such a central area, the soundproofing was impressive, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff were also friendly and helpful. One of my main concerns before arriving was the elevators. Not all of them were working, so sometimes we had to wait - usually no more than 5 minutes. Only once we had to use the stairs. It’s manageable, especially if you avoid peak times.
Disliked: There was no bottled water provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. The interior is also not the most modern, and the room could have been cleaner — it wasn’t terrible, but definitely not spotless.

Great location, friendly staff, clean...

Liked: Room was very clean, and kept clean throughout our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great with access to BroadWay, Times Square, and Central Park.
Disliked: The elevator situation. There are three elevators. One seems to be just for employees. Another was down for a good portion of our stay. Elevator waits could be up to 15 minutes (when on the 33rd floor).

Unfortunately a disastrous stay-poor leadership

Liked: Location
Disliked: During our stay, the elevators could only be operated manually. We had organised transport to the airport for 3.30am. However, the elevator person was asleep in the elevator, didn’t have a phone, could not be woken & we walked down 10 flights. The previous night fire alarms sounded at 2.00pm. The elevators were still out of order & hotel staff did not follow safety protocols-no advice was given, no announcements were made: obvious maintenance and poor management. Safety & elevator problems compromised our stay. No effort to compensate guests - disappointing.
