Michael Weir (concierge) was excellent and a credit to the hotel.

Liked: Staff were great. Rooftop pool was great.

This was a nice sized, clean, comfortable room. The staff was nice, helpful, and courteous. There was a microwave, fridge, and a large TV in the room. The rooms were quiet and nice and dark. The hotel is conveniently located. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Everything was good

Liked: Our stay were pretty good no complaints
Disliked: It was clean and close to the place my husband and his Shriners Bros needed to be it was a little pricey

My stay was not enjoyable....

Liked: Not much of anything. Staff was great in trying to resolve my issue.
Disliked: First room that I was given was not clean, I have pictures to prove the condition. Second room was okay except for the shower. Breakfast items on Saturday, August 16th was not acceptable. No refill on coffee; grits, eggs and shrimp and grits were "COLD" and not edible. Did not return for breakfast during stay.Not enough towels, etc. was provided. Last night of the stay, we had one set of towels

Liked: Bed was comfortable, hotel was clean, staff was great
Disliked: In the description breakfast was suppose to be included and they was trying to charge us $20 for buffet each, so we just checked out in left. I have rented through booking several times and have always had breakfast included free of charge if that hotel provided breakfast services.
