Michael Weir (concierge) was excellent and a credit to the hotel.

Liked: Staff were great. Rooftop pool was great.

This was a nice sized, clean, comfortable room. The staff was nice, helpful, and courteous. There was a microwave, fridge, and a large TV in the room. The rooms were quiet and nice and dark. The hotel is conveniently located. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Liked: The gym had an excellent rack of dumbbells. I would have enjoyed a pullup bar or an all-in-one machine as well, but the bench and weights were great.
Disliked: We never were visited by housekeeping until the last morning, so we had to get fresh washcloths on our own. Also, there were no towels at the pool.

Convenient location, not too expensive,...

Liked: Convenient location to shops and not far walking from Quarter
Disliked: Small pool outdoor pool area poorly kept. Cushions for the outdoor chairs in the pool area are dirty or need to be replaced. Strong smell of bleach on our floor. Marks in the bathtub before using. Room service did a poor job on the room removed towels but did not make the beds.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was Great about the Hotel. I did select the Breakfast Included optional but didn't eat at the hotel so I know for next time not to include that option. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The property was very clean and comfortable.
