Liked: Good location
Disliked: Our toilet seat was broken. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived or when we were trying to check out. We had to stand there and wait. There were three of us staying in a room and they gave us two towels and housekeeping never came.

A place to sleep

Liked: The free laundry. I was disappointed to see brand new washers not being taken care of. The soap dispensers were moldy and full of water on a couple.
Disliked: the train tracks next to my window.

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating. Staff always engaged conversation and super friendly!
Disliked: Our shower was clogged.

Liked: The breakfast was great, and the staff were always very nice.
Disliked: The hard floor in the room was pretty dirty. My kids' socks were turning gray, which I didn't love because one of them is still crawling, so it was affecting her hands too. It was clear they vacuum the floor well, but I think need to better mop the floor.

Liked: Rooms was very large and very clean. Staff and services was excellent.
Disliked: We booked this hotel for the indoor pool . The pool room was incredibly cold and the water was cold. For the price we paid it was very disappointing.
