Very nice accommodation. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to my music venue and the free shuttle was very helpful. It should run till midnight every night though.
Liked: Friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: No shower curtain and none provided after request was made.

Liked: Had an amazing experience and if I'm ever in Nashville again I will definitely stay again. Had a flat tire and a lovely gentleman at the front desk changed my tire and while he was doing so, two more people working there jumped in to help.

I suppose the staff was friendly enough. I've stayed at Hiltons all over the country, and I must say, I doubt the Hilton family would stay at this hotel, and it's a shame they've sold their name rights to this place.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: $25 parking; overpriced food; poor quality steak; memory foam bed has great memory.... of other people's bodies.

It was a good stay, other than the Kentucky Wildcats did not win. My grandson's enjoyed the pool. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. The room was very clean and quiet. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Liked: Clean hotel and friendly staff.
Disliked: Expense of parking.

great location, staff, could be...
Liked: our favorite part about our trip was the hotel shuttle service. Tony! he was the BEST and helped us so much. he knew what he was doing and how to keep up safe. it made us feel so comfortable to know that we could call Tony instead of an Uber.
Disliked: Our room wasn?t the cleanest. the bed comforter was stained with make up, hair on surfaces, found a sock in the floor (not ours)

The hotel and our room...
Liked: Most of the front staff was very nice. Cleaning service was friendly and accommodating to get us more towels and coffee.Shuttle drivers were very nice, friendly and fun. Good location to downtown and a couple restaurants near us and walking distance to The Gulch (shopping and more food)
Disliked: The front staff was very rude when we tried to check in early, not off to a good start. Shuttle service was a bonus and big reason for us choosing this place, however there was not enough shuttles available. We had to wait WAY too long, we ended up spending $50 to get back 2 nights because they said they were on their way but after 30 minutes we called an Uber. Didn't appreciate that they jacked the price on the nightly rooms and on breakfast to take advantage of the CMA crowd. Looks like there was a bar there, but never saw anyone working at it, or if they had happy hour, there was not any signs or anything.

Liked: the staff was helpful whenever I asked for something.
Disliked: the door wouldn?t lock, lightbulbs burnt out, my key stopped working 3 times and I had to ask twice for coffee because the only thing the room had was decaf.

Liked: Staff were pleasant and beds comfortable, the location near Music Row is perfect, with many bars and restaurants an easy stroll away.
Disliked: The rooms and linens were a little tired and would benefit from refreshing.

Liked: We ended up not using the shuttle but we loved that it was an option with our stay
Disliked: Would have liked an option to purchase a movie from our room
