The hotel has nice amenities and a VERY accommodating professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville wheather you have business downtown or not.
Disliked: Valet parking only for hotel guests and it was the hotel's parking garage. Guests should have the option of valet or self parking.

Awesome place to stay in...
Liked: Location, Martin's bbq next door, close to Broadway , customer service was great
Disliked: The patio was awesome but need a trash can out there

It was good.
Liked: The breakfast variety of food was great. The bed was very comfortable & relaxing.
Disliked: The bathroom had very tiny ants along the outside of the shower. I let the front desk know and they did have staff address the issue. We also had the door to our room was very sticky when trying to close the door. It needs to be adjusted.

Disliked: I was there for a work conference. First night the hotel had noisy guests in my area and on top of that my room was near a restaurant that had a loud band until round 10:00. I moved to another room the following not only to Wake up to a colony of ants coming out wall eating up my snacks. The ants covered my desk, brief case and suitcase. I moved a 3rd time and left after 3rd night. I moved rooms twice and ended up being late each morning for my meetings. I lift my phone charger in 2nd room but no one found it in housekeeping. Julia in management finally called me back later that evening. She seemed very inexperienced. She was very quick and as she was walking away she said she will give me a free night. She had very poor eye contact and little remorse. I have been a Hilton property owner since 2004 and Hilton Honors member as well. Very disappointed with this location.

Liked: Nice facility, clean. Great location.
Disliked: We were relocated the first night to a different hotel 15 minutes away from downtown for "maintenance issues". There was no attempt to let us know until we got there and vallet had already taken our car. Also not enough lounge chairs at the pool.

Deceptive advertising and billing policy.
Disliked: Based on the online listing for this hotel, I saw that parking was available and I assumed it was included in the nightly rate. This was a primary reason for choosing this hotel. I inquired about parking at check-in and was told that valet parking was available. At no time was I informed that I would be charged $40 per day, plus tax. I believe this practice of advertising available parking and then not informing guests of the cost is deceptive. I won't be staying at a Hilton hotel again.

Disliked: The problem was between Booking.com and the hotel. I put in wrong dates on my original reservation. Booking.com claimed the hotel would not cancel the reservations with out penalty, Hotel said it was Booking.com!
