It was alright, but for the price no room service and parking is $40 a night extra. I won't go back.

The hotel has nice amenities and a VERY accommodating professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville wheather you have business downtown or not.

Disliked: Valet parking only for hotel guests and it was the hotel's parking garage. Guests should have the option of valet or self parking.

Liked: The location was very good. Handy to downtown. Only a short walk to everything
Disliked: Continental breakfast would have been nice included. Also we only got 3 bath towels and had to keep asking for more



Liked: Close to downtown Nashville if you’re into that.
Disliked: Wasn’t so much the hotels fault, but Nashville was a huge letdown. Not family friendly at all very expensive and food was not very good.

Liked: I didn’t like that we didn’t know that we had to pay $59 a night in parking and that there were not other options for parking yet there actually was and he was so rude he didn’t care to be kind and let us know about the area or stay.

Liked: Great location.. within walking distance of downtown.. not too far a walk to the Gultch and across from the best BBQ joint in town! Martins! Comfortable beds, small rooftop pool to cool off in.
Disliked: Everything was great but I would suggest they offer complimentary tea along with the complimentary coffee they have in the lobby in the morning. Just a little detail I would appreciate as a tea drinker.
