Liked: Very clean, Very good staff
Disliked: Heavy doors leading into room, including the bathroom

I would come back to...
Liked: We were greeted pleasantly by desk staff. The front desk clerk was friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was a great one. Also offered suggestions for nearby restaurants. The hotel was clean and our room was clean to our standards. Bed was very comfortable.

I Would like to return...
Liked: I did not eat breakfast at this hotel and I liked that the rooms were clean and the environment quiet.. I did not interacted much with the staff but the front desk agent on my check in was friendly and very informative on spots to eat.
Disliked: I wish the pool, hot tub and gym were opened for me and my family to enjoy these amenities but I understand these were not available because of COVID-19.

Find another place to stay...
Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: You cannot use the pool or jacuzzi. The sensor in my bathroom for the sink did not work so I had to use the most complicated shower ever designed to brush my teeth, and the AC worked barely. Awful experience

Sucked for the money
Disliked: The remote has sticky residue from the ?COVID-19? warning that the remote had been cleaned. The refrigerator didn?t work. The room phone didn?t work (Picture attached). Ice machines didn?t work on any floors. Had to go to front desk. Bed was uncomfortable, chairs were even worse. Put in the worst room ever - view of ventilating system even though the hotel had plenty of room (picture attached). Can only think it was because I went through booking.com. No cleaning service due to Covid which I understand...but I was there 8 days. Had to either chase down maid service or ask at front desk. Won?t go there again!

Liked: staff was polite, clean room, good coffee, appreciate the fridge and microwave
Disliked: For a Hilton I expected better. Air conditioning was noisy and refrigerator was noisy. Ants in the bathroom. I asked to be away from the elevator but we were put next to it. Ventilation in the bathroom wasn?t adequate for taking a shower.
