Very good

I’m back home and still...

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The pool was out of order and they knew it before we got there but did not tell us until the day of. I stay every other year and that’s my reason for booking. How I knew that they knew was because I meant a lady that was checking out from a 4 day stay and she said it was out from day one. And they offered me $50 dollars bk what is that. The beds were hard and I saw over 5 roaches.

Liked: I loved the location, which was next to the mall.A bus was available to take me to get food and to the airport when I checked out on Tuesday,August 19, 2025.
Disliked: Everything was together.

Great place to stay

Liked: The staff (one specifically Mary) are amazing. This individual was so sweet with my baby, patient, and helpful to guests. Very clean, great location, good food and very accommodating.
Disliked: N/a

I loved that we were...

Liked: The location was perfect, and the staff was very responsive anytime we had questions and/or concerns. The free parking was super helpful for our car rental.
Disliked: The walls were super thin that we could hear the other guests almost every day of our stay. Also, it would be nice if the rooms could have a freezer compartment in their fridge so that we didn't have to ask the staff to store our cold items in their employee freezer.
