Liked: The location was fine, the staff though was less than helpful. The lady at the front desk was drunk or incapacitated somehow and could find no evidence of my reservation though it was made a week early. The room had an odor and there was dried blood on the floor and the walls, nothing at all in the way of instructions like ice location, wifi password, or local information like restaurant or dining options. MY wife and I stayed three days at your establishment and were greatly disappointed. Though I am certain it doesn't matter to you, we will not make the same mistake again while staying in Nashville.
Disliked: The utter confusion caused by simply checking in, the lack of information supplied, and the unclean condition of the room. the sink drain was inoperable and the response from the front desk was "we are sorry, we'll have maintenance look at it tomorrow. I never saw maintenance
