Very comfortable, stylish room with...

Liked: Came for an Oncology Nursing Conference at WVU. Great location. Very nicely decorated room. Perfect temperature. Love the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion. Feels like home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thank you.
Disliked: Everything was great. I liked everything. Next time I am going to bring my swimsuit.

It needs a major facelift.

Liked: The guest services staff was pfenomenal!
Disliked: The elevator floors were taped up (over what?!), bathroom smelled like well water, the shower floor was marked up and still had some dirt in the corners and door track and I had issues with the wifi the entire stay.

Not up to clean standards

Liked: Front staff friendly and location.
Disliked: Mold in the bath tub. Tub broken and would not hold water. Food in the fridge did not get cleaned out from previous guest. It was moldy and stunk and we opted to then not use the fridge for our belongings

We enjoyed the stay

Liked: We didn't get breakfast. The location is great.
Disliked: The pool area was closed unfortunately that was a main reason we booked this hotel. Everything else was great. They provided us with an extra mattress and offered a crib for my 6 month old.
