Disliked: Had a broken window in the vehicle the morning we left to get on the plane that was left in front of the building. Security is awful. This hotel is highly labeled for vehicle theft, and that came from the managers mouth. Transportation to and from the airport was horrible. The manager was rude and couldn't perform any tasks. Charged credit card 3 times what the actual price was supposed to be. Made reservations for 2 rooms and the rooms we reserved were not available when showing up for check-in. There were others in my group that had the same issue Had to get a more expensive room just so we could stay there. We had used this hotel once before and it wasn't this bad. We had a group of 26 people going on the trip. This hotel was a nightmare from the beginning and when we returned. Waited over an hour for pickup from the airport. Horrible experience.
