Disliked: The parking lot should be better illuminated. Even though it’s a shared building, the hotel should prioritize its guests’ safety. Better lighting needs to be installed, as the crossing from the parking lot to the hotel entrance becomes dangerous with cars passing by as if no one is walking. This also reflects the poor pedestrian culture in Mexico, where cars often take precedence over people. Improving the lighting could help prevent an accident.

Liked: Everything was really pretty and the personnel was super nice.
Disliked: My AC wasn’t working right but they fixed it after I called the front desk

Disliked: The room they gave us had some cables outside that hit the window hard when the air started to blow. My family and I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't rest. I called the lobby and they changed our room at 3am. It could have been avoided if they had assigned us a proper room since they already knew the cables were there. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again. Plus, the food in the restaurant isn't good.
