Liked: Food was amazing.
Disliked: Called weeks in advance to make sure we had a cot for our third guest. Was told it was done but when we showed up they had none - buddy had to sleep on the floor.

Decent stay, but disappointing service...

Liked: Nice location and pool, decent sized room
Disliked: Poor value and hidden fees - extra fees for on-site parking, tiny cot, continental breakfast. The room was lacking bedding and the staff were resistant to providing what we needed.

Liked: Staff friendly, room clean and well maintained
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic, almost poor, oatmeal was runny, sausage was deep fried (terrible), no options for bread ( bagels or muffins), lighting at breakfast was too low and set a depressing atmosphere.

Good value; I'd stay there...

Liked: How clean it was
Disliked: We were stuck in the middle of a kids hockey tournament, the kids were running and screaming in the halls until 12 am and then up at 7 am, running and screaming in the halls. The parents were also in the halls, very drunk and also yelling.

Tireing

Liked: Roo and. Ed were clean and comfortable and price was reasonable
Disliked: Kids making noise playing hockey in the hallways at 730 in the morning. Staff refused to come up and do anything.
