Liked: Food was amazing.
Disliked: Called weeks in advance to make sure we had a cot for our third guest. Was told it was done but when we showed up they had none - buddy had to sleep on the floor.

Liked: It's location. We were staying to go to a concert . That was being held at walking distance
Disliked: Having to pay for parking. And that breakfast wasn't included. But other then that it's an excellent place to stay

A decent recently built chain...

Liked: Good downtown location easy walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. On-site restaurant was reasonable. Breakfast was a good price with good service. Seating came with lumbar supports which is unusual.
Disliked: Paying for daily parking. A chain this large should provide free secure parking. The bathroom fan did not work. No glassware for drinking water etc. just two paper cups. Restaurant was not open for lunch on Mondays. Room door slammed when closing and was difficult to open, very stiff closer.

Rude man at desk and...

Liked: The hotel itself was fine. Moncton is small so the location is irrelevant. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Upon arriving at the hotel, the man at the front desk didn't look at me or acknowledge me for 2 full minutes while he spoke with another staff member. I wouldn't have given it a second thought if he simply made eye contact and said "just a moment" or something, but instead, just ignored me.Once he finally spoke to me I asked where I could park and he said it was an extra $12 to park which feels ridiculous for such an already expensive hotel room.
