Disliked: Breakfast 7.99 a person for continental breakfast, which was hardly anything cereal and oatmeal. If you wanted eggs or anything else it was extra.

I feel ripped off, my...

Liked: The lobby was pretty
Disliked: Upon arrival, the bath tub in the room was dirty, had hair in it. I had to be moved to another room. I initially booked because of the pool and hot tub, the hot tub and pool was dirty and smelled horrible. I let front desk know. I was told for the two days that i was there that it would be cleaned. The pool nor the hot tub was cleaned. I never got to enjoy it. I was told a manager would reach out to me to remedy the issue. To this date that never happened. I feel ripped off, my vacation time there to relax and enjoy facilities that i paid for was ruined. I am very disappointed and saddened.
