Disliked: extra charge for no show. probably industry standard, but we did pay for the night, so seems unnecessarily punitive

Disliked: The day we check in the front office staff was not very pleasant and his instructions regarding parking were misleading. The parking rate in the garage was $30.00 and there were plenty of road side parking but the information provided was no public parking available nearby but only 12 blocks away. We politely asked for nice view room and he sarcastically replied I will give a nice view room on highest level (level 5) close to noisy generator. The same staff gave us a corner room with very noisy end of building hvac vertical duct . We had to request for room change and was given a quieter room. We did not park the car in the garage but was charged $70 first and we had to request correction to charge be made. The first impression left a bad impression even though the other staff were polite to us. We liked the location but won’t stay there again.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: I paid an extra $30 to park in their ramp and when I came back from the concert there was no room to park in the ramp and I had to park across the street from the hotel.
