Liked: Bed comfortable, location proximity to where my course was, early check in
Disliked: Front desk wanted to charge me for 2 additional nights when I had already prepaid for stay, poor check in process, they removed complimentary coffee from lobby, room not clean, garbage in trash, towels were sticky, soap scum remained on soap holder from previous tenant which is unsanitary. I would not stay at this specific Hilton location again.

We were very pleased with...
Liked: The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is great for us because we could walk to the house she shares with several friends and parked there to save on parking. A little more expensive than we would usually hope for, but the location compensates for that. Very quiet, which is super for an urban hotel.
Disliked: Is it possible to control the heat/cooling in our own room? Decaf coffee could be tastier. Yogurt for sale or available at breakfast?

Liked: The location was perfect for our purposes. It was close to U of M campus and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: We didn't get any room service like clean towels unless we asked. The parking garage is not always easy to get into. You have to honk to get the front desk's attention so they can open the door.

Liked: I believe the man working the front desk name was Scott. I had driven 600 miles and found out that I didn?t have a reservation at my usual motel. I tried to make a reservation through Booking and received a message that something went wrong. I called and made a phone reservation. Upon checking in, Scott made me aware of this and promptly took care of it. I?ll be back because of this.
