We had no issues with the hotel, but felt it was somewhat overpriced due to the downtown location. We were treated courteously, but as mentioned above, did not appreciate having to cough up an extra $24 for parking. We are retired and on a fixed income, so would have liked to have been advised of this beforehand. We really didn't think the hotel was anything outstanding, and it seems as though you are mostly paying for the "Hilton" name. Should we return to Minneapolis in the future, we will likely choose a different lodging site.

Liked: The room was comfortable, quiet and immaculate.
Disliked: We were unaware of the mandatory $24 valet parking fee and that was an unpleasant surprise.

Excellent accommodation. Restaurant and bar hours could be extended. Colton at the front desk always went way beyond expectations! Centrally located.

The hotel stay was very pleasant. Loved the front area. Decorated beautifully and everyone was very friendly. All in all I would stay here again.

All in all this was a very nice hotel. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for 4 adults.

Disliked: The driving service they have available for guests was ok. The valet parking only was a little upsetting.

Disliked: Rooms were simple, bathroom ok. The bottles for shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and shower gel were mixed up and sone of them were empty. The nightstand light was not working. I had to call them to replace the toiletries and fix the light and they didn’t even make up the bed. If you have a car and park it with the valet, call them several times, they either forget or you have to wait 20 min for your car.

Liked: The location was central and the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable during our stay
Disliked: The atm in the lobby didn’t work and charged me $30 approx. but it reimbursed me for the fees a week later and it was directly reimbursed into my bank account.

Liked: I loved that our dogs could stay with us. I loved the pool table and how close everything was. the valet parking was convenient when parking is hard as it is down there.
Disliked: the pool area was way too hot to sit and watch my kids.. there could be some sort of vent. no continental breakfast. trips are expensive at it is.. nice to not have to pay breakfast when you are with your family to cut down some costs.

Liked: Close enough walk to US bank stadium which was nice since we were there for a concert!
Disliked: A little bit dated but still nice. Not everything worked in our room.
