Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Airport/Mall Area MN

Convenient location to shopping areas we visitedl. Friendly staff and room clean and comfortable. Ordered dinner in using menu hotel provided. Arrived when they said it would, meal hot and tasty.

Liked: Comfortable bed, good breakfast
Disliked: Pool area, chlorine too strong, pool cold.

Liked: I liked nothing about this Hilton
Disliked: The fact that we had to pay for parking,the tub in bathroom in first room the gave us did not drain the water fast, by the end of my 10 minute shower the dirty water was 3-4" above my ankles which was very unsanitary. Called the receptionist and the gave us another room not much different from the 1st one. Hallways to the rooms were absolutely disgusting and dirty silverware and coffee cups on the hallway floor, I do have pictures to proof it. Bed sheets were so old even falling apart. Disgusting place to stay. I do hope management reads this and gets back to me

Nice hotel with good location

Liked: The hotel lobby is clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was comfortable, but a little tight with 3 women and 3 large suitcases, but we made it work. This is located close to the airport and the Mall of America.
Disliked: The tub was dirty and the tub spout was falling off of the wall. When you turned on the shower/tub water the plumbing made a very loud noise. We could hear other rooms when they had their shower/tub water running. They charge a fee for parking.

Liked: Room was nice and quiet. Shuttle service and Emily who was at counter were terrific at 3am!
Disliked: Wish breakfast time could’ve been longer. For late arrivals or travelers, more rest is needed.
