Convenient location to shopping areas we visitedl. Friendly staff and room clean and comfortable. Ordered dinner in using menu hotel provided. Arrived when they said it would, meal hot and tasty.

Liked: Comfortable bed, good breakfast
Disliked: Pool area, chlorine too strong, pool cold.

Very unhappy customer

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Windows leaked the heater in the room we were in ran the whole time. Didn't get much sleep. Dirty plates by the elevators had to talk to staff twice about picking them up. There were so many charges about different things. The food was poor. Elevators that we used sounded like they were on there last leg. They didn't make the bed right. Floors were sticky. Don't care to go back.

Welcomed to stay there for...

Liked: Parking good access near front aven on a cold day.Pool and Exercise room well stocked and clean. Pool is nise for lap swimRoom was up-to-date and in good condition.
Disliked: The room was hard to get up to temp being an upper floor corner room and a cold windy night in January.The bargon rate from a Booking site, said the breakfest was an optional $8 ish. The lobby staff had no record of this but was willing to give a generous discount to help make my day a nice start.
