Passable
Liked: Clean
Disliked: No free breakfast? Astronomically priced, to have to pay for a bagel.

Room for improvement
Liked: It was close to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. Keurig in the room.
Disliked: It was also close to a truck yard, back up warning early in the morning. Laundry, ice machine, and gym closed(water damage) or broken. Bathroom in the room I was in was the absolute worst and small compared to same style room at the Holiday Inn. The door opens in and blocks the shower door and misses the toilet barely. The toilet paper dispenser in underneath the sink vanity, it's a bit of a reach (one ply TP) Make sure you ask about the room cleaning service, if you're on the schedule, if it daily or every other day. I was on every other day. Plumbing issues..toilet overflowed first flush. Just tissue. Sink had slow drain, kept over filling. This happened as they were getting ready for the grand re-opening after renovation.

If I had to stay...
Liked: It was a convenient location close to everything
Disliked: I paid a significantly higher rate than other hotels and the pool was closed. The elevator was very rickety and barely functioning. I had no deadbolt on my door. The toilet was dirty. My alarm clock did not work

Disappointed!
Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Hotel was under construction, which was understandable. The fact that construction workers started working on a Sunday (holiday weekend) banging a hammer above our room at 8am. Was not expected at all.
