Good

Liked: We liked the location and it is a very nice and clean hotel.
Disliked: We were not aware that breakfast was not included and the lady at the breakfast counter was quite rude.

Great dog friendly stay for...

Liked: Very clean, dog friendly with plenty of grass areas around the outside of the hotel. Also has a small restaurant and bar and breakfast is available for a fee.
Disliked: Breakfast should be included, but it is not.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel felt safe for my daughter.
Disliked: Pool had a group of 10 to 15 kids and parents both evening we were there, which made it difficult for anyone else to use the pool. The boys were very loud and rowdy. Our a/c didn't work in the 1st room. 2nd room was across from the pool and was very loud. A/c didn't work very well, but no other rooms were available to switch.

If someone leaves behind clothes...

Liked: I left my daughter’s swimsuits and a brand new pair of Nike Pros hanging in the bathtub. Immediately when I got home and realized I had left them I contacted the property..
Disliked: I was told they had no idea where my items left were at and it would have been housekeeping that had found said items. I left my number but nobody ever returned my call. I am now out 2 $20 swimsuits and a $40 pair of Nike pros. I am incredibly upset that they would just be stolen and I would never be called back.

Won't be back

Liked: Rooms are quite dated, the blankets and sheets were very itchy thankfully we brought some from home. When I booked it said free breakfast and once checked in I was informed it would be 9 dollars per person to eat even though it was advertised free breakfast. No staff cleaning speaks any English so if you need something they can't help. For what I paid the hotel kinda sucked
