Liked: The staff and breakfast service and choices .
Disliked: Need many more carts for checking and checkout . Better lunch n dinner menu and bar open earlier .

Liked: Location is close to the dolphin mall, but that’s about it. You need the car to go anywhere. Then again this is the fact almost everywhere in US. Rooms are comfortable and well kept. Good water pressure and decent free WiFi.
Disliked: Service. Terrible. Front desk staff rude, unhelpful. A bunch of entitled kids with zero training and zero manners. No room service (you have to go pick up the food). Too many options in Miami to give my business to this place again.
