Staff was wonderful and rooms were clean; continental breakfast was good.
Liked: Cleanliness and the staff was excellent!
Disliked: The hotel was older but again very clean.

Amazing Staff
Liked: Great location. Valet staff was exceptional! Reception staff exceptional! Dining room bartender went out of his way to make a perfect Old Fashioned and it was exceptional!!!
Disliked: That I could only stay one night

Everythning was very very good.

Liked: breakfast cost more there then most restaurants not the most morning when the food was plan
Disliked: work on a more flexible food from the kitchen for higher and low prices and have smile room severs that light food that heat up or just cool easy to sever food that can help off set the cost of free breakfast

Great location, terrible customer service.
Liked: Location was fabulous and the hotel was overall "nice" (up to date, plenty of power outlets, etc)
Disliked: We found a smelly sandwich in the fridge and ants in the bathroom. The lady at the desk asked if we even wanted to change rooms (because who wants to share a room with bugs?). She "upgraded" our room to basically the same thing we had but it had a balcony overlooking the pool. That night we had to call the front desk not once but twice after midnight because of the people literally yelling at the pool and was hung up on the second time. On Check out, we re-hashed everything that transpired when asked about our stay and all the lady said was "I'm sorry that happened" and let us leave on that note. Hilton had plenty of opportunity to make it right, but staff (besides the lady that moved our room) acted like they could care less about any part of our stay. Very, very poor customer service from Hilton. I would expect these things from budget hotels like a la quinta or choice hotel, but seriously not from Hilton. We stayed at a Choice hotel our first night in Miami and it was great for literally half the price. After messaging booking.com about the stay, Hilton has reached out to "discuss the stay" but they've had ample opportunity to talk about it in person and we were pretty much shot down. They have all the information they need. I also totally forgot about this, but there was even a plate with what looked like spaghetti sauce or something on it (the food portion had been eaten) and a half drank soda just chilling out by the ice machine next to some elevators. Just kinda nasty to have that... out.
