Liked: Very clean, rooms were very very clean and nice. The food at the restaurant was amazing !! The price of the room was perfect !

Liked: Everyone we met during our stay was so professional and kind. We loved our room and the cleanliness of everywhere we went in the hotel. We liked the fact when we reached the airport we were able to take the shuttle to the hotel. Getting a shuttle to the ship the next morning seemed like an erratic mess. They were no signs or different shuttle marked for the airport. if all shuttles could park in one area for where they were going it would have been much easier. We finally for a lady and she helped us - it was a pleasant ride at that point and we were soon at the airport.
Disliked: Departing from the hotel was very disorganized. You couldn't tell which lane or spot you were supposed to be in for which company and we did not want to take any ride!There was one guy that said he would take us to the airport for $80. The next person I asked what their fee was and he said $50 per person. There should be signage for certain cabs, ubers, shuttles etc with the price displayed so tourist know what they are in for. The rides I refer to above were Uber drivers. After that experience I would never get into a Uber.

Great location however had ants...

Disliked: There were ants in my bathroom

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Toilet not working properly and took along time to fix. Then you can hear the planes and cars like they right next to you, it was 11 PM and the noise doesn’t stop until the planes do at around 2AM . Don’t stay here find a quiet place so you can rest.

Liked: Restaurant food quality and service was excellent. Convenient laundry facilities for washing clothes. Airport shuttle was punctual and clean.
Disliked: This is an airport hotel so expect some nightly noise from landing planes going overhead. Not a complaint but just be aware.
