Very convenient for 1 night...

Liked: Location was good.I appreciated the free shuttle from the airport and the very reasonable priced shuttle to the Port terminal.
Disliked: Not many options for plant-based eating.

Disappointing

Liked: The property is nice and I like that it has a restaurant there. Very convenient after traveling all day.
Disliked: The front desk staff. The gentleman tyat checked us in was very nasty. He was very dismissive when I had questions. He acted as if I was bothering him. Im a travel agent and have booked clients here and stayed before. I have never had this problem before. During my stay the door jam activated somehow after we left the room. Trying to get in touch with the front desk from the hallway phone was impossible as no one answered. Called a friend who was with us and she happened to be at the front desk. The same gentleman was rude again about the situation and we waited close to 20 minutes for someone to come get the door open.
