Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn’t choose a...

Liked: It was easy access right off the highway, and it was extremely easy to get back on in the morning. The premises was very well maintained as well as the inside. Staff was super friendly and the hotel and room was EXTREMELY clean. We did only check in to sleep as we were traveling back to Texas, but for the short time we were there it was fantastic
Disliked: Had zero issues with our stay, nor any complaints! Only downside is we got there a little late (close to 11pm) so parking was relatively full, but that was the only “complaint”

Liked: Easy of access to location
Disliked: Was really surprise they didn't offer a continental breakfast bar... I have stayed at a lot of hotel and this really surprised me that is was $15 per person. I guess that is why only 3 people were at the breakfast bar. We went next door to McDonalds and we all ate (4) for under $15.

Passable

Liked: Was told we couldn't have any before 07:00 very disappointed with staff we had two kids with us and we were in a rush to get to a dance competition.
Disliked: The staff could have been a bit friendlier, hospitality was poor.

Pleasant

Liked: Nice, clean hotel. The front desk staff are all very nice. The room service was also great & the ladies over the phone & in person were very nice! The menu is priced very fairly.
Disliked: One of the housekeepers looked at me & my family like we were messing up her entire day when we were waiting for the elevator. She had a mop, but we didn't step on any wet floors..there also weren't any wet floor signs to indicate if there were. I got the vibe she didn't like our skin tone when she looked us up & down & then stood & stared at us. It was very uncomfortable. There weren't any signs stating the elevator was closed. I initially booked this hotel because of the indoor pool & hot tub, but upon arrival realize the hot tub was out of order with yellow caution tape around it. We have stayed at a lot of Hiltons & this one was probably the most disappointing. Ice machines broken, hot tub broken, & we couldn't get the curtains up in our room along with a very low pitch beeping noise coming from the headboards the entire 3 nights. I really didn't enjoy the bed & the water in the bath was slightly warmer than luke warm & no hotter.

Superb

Liked: Indoor pool and spa for my granddaughter.
Disliked: The bed hurt my back. Also, the non-slip strips had been removed from the tub, and it was very slippery. 517 is a handicap room, and it seems to me your maintenance crew should have realized they needed replaced.Also, I tested water for 24yrs. There is no clean bottled spring water. The only bottle water that I tested clean were Aquafina, Kroger purified water, and Audi stores have a water called Pur purified water. Most others are worse than tap water. That includes Disanna.
