Liked: The place was clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The pool was inoperative. I felt I didn't get the value I paid for. Also, breakfast should have been complimentary for the price of the room. I believe Holiday Inn Express has more value.

Liked: The pool was warm enough to swim, thankfully. That was honestly the best part of our stay.
Disliked: The entire hotel was disgusting. There were visible crumbs and dirt on every floor we saw. The room itself looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month. There were several pieces of someone else's hair all in the shower and bathroom. There was something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom as well. Every tabletop was absolutely disgusting. There was sticky stuff, and what looked like some type of barbecue sauce spilled on them as well. The walls and doors were all just filthy. I will probably never stay at another Hilton Garden Inn. The carpets were so dirty, and every single door we walked past had dirt and shoe marks on them. The chair had some white nasty spots on it. I was very disgusted by this entire place.
