Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Southaven

The hotel is beautiful; the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. My only complaint and I realize this is very subjective, was the extreme firmness of the mattress. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I would bring a sleeping pill. :)

Liked: Friendly staff; very clean hotel.
Disliked: I have slept on softer rocks.

Liked: Very clean; staff was very courteous.

Paid extra for a room with a King bed. Did not get that room. Front desk help was the most vile person I have dealt with - she needs to be looking for a new job.

Disliked: Front desk employee not the nicest one. Not very professional, chatting with each other and ignoring the costumer.
