Unpleasant

Liked: Housekeeping
Disliked: The check-in process was not pleasant, customer service needs to be addressed. The tv didn't work, it was noisy, music playing and loud tv from another room. Unpleasant to sleep

Liked: Tha front best girl, was very nasty and rude to me. It was a bad rain storm
Disliked: The front best girl was very nasty and rude to me. It was a bad rainstorm, so I had to call booking.com. I request a manager. It was a Mess. the young lady was very rude to me. I requested for someone to call me back last night nobody did.

Comfortable and convenient

Disliked: Problem with the plumbing. My kids room above us, the shower didn’t drain, and our toilet overflowed/ backed up and flooded the floor

Try to avoid coming back

Liked: Clean and quiet. Good pool. Close to markets
Disliked: Bed is too small for 2 persons. Heater does not work and makes big noise, and you can not stop it!
