Exceptional

Liked: Great room, quiet, clean, good checking in, food was great.

Meh, wouldn't be my first...

Liked: Friendly staff....great location, lobby was beautiful.
Disliked: The elevator woke me up several times through the night, very loud and vibrating the walls! The bed was so hard, my back still hurts. The room was clean except the shower, the corners and around shower door was dirty.

Decent place for a short...

Disliked: The cleaning can be better. I could visibly wipe off dust from the TV stand and other areas

Liked: The ladies in the bar area were very helpful !!
Disliked: The jacuzzi was not working . After driving 5 hour to hotel it would have been nice to get in a hot jacuzzi!

Off putting and overpriced

Disliked: Room was run down with dirty walls, rusted bathroom mirror, and worst of all, could literally see through the crack between the door from the hallway from top to bottom (had to stuff towels in the gap). Lobby was dirty when I arrived with staff busy flirting with some drunk guests. Felt more like a cheap motel than a Hilton property.
