Overall friendly staff and nice...

Liked: The location was great as well as the staff and facilities.
Disliked: I was at the restaurant bar downstairs when a young child was carried out to the lobby with a host of family & friends as he had drowned in the pool at the facility. The Bartender rushed to him and performed CPR and after 10 mins and a few broken ribs, the child was revived. It was very emotional and upsetting. I couldn't even sleep that night. I am still feeling upset just being a witness. Maybe the pool hours should be shortened after a certain time for children staying at the hotel as it was after 9 pm. Or maybe hire a Lifeguard. I'm happy the bartender, Rebecca was there and was certified, but it was a horrible experience to watch. Still praying for the little boy.

Never again booking.com but thank...

Liked: We arrived and sitting in the parking lot for a reservation we booked the night before but was told there was nothing showing on Hilton’s end of our booking then being told from booking.com since we did not check in we would not get a refund. The manager at Hilton called booking.com with our reservation number and code and could kit be assisted. It took us meaning my wife and myself to find a number to speak with someone who finally helped us
Disliked: Nothing on the property thank you for the refund going forward we will book directly through Hilton
