Very comfortable for an airport...
Disliked: The first room we were placed in had a problem with the shower--HOWEVER, our room was immediately changed and we were upgraded ---the second room was great!! The staff was very helpful and apologized for the non-working shower.

Pleasant airy hotel in good...
Liked: Public areas very fresh and well designedStaff friendly and efficient particularly reception Hotel shuttle prompt and well organised
Disliked: Drinks ridiculously priced. 19€ for an apéros spritz!!Shower over bath rather than free standing shower.

Unacceptable behaviour from staff. Very...
Liked: Clean and close to airport. Not worth the money though too expensive
Disliked: A very dissatisfied with lady at the reception on our departure. We booked transfer to the airport from Hotel 3:30 am this is obviously the actual reason we booked Hilton as they were having a 24/7 transport and at the reception no-one informed us that if we are even a minute late the bus would have depart without us. We were only a minute late noone even called to say anything. Bus left and when we asked to have the next one she completely ignored us and just said its full we can not help. Had to walk with a child at 3:30 am in the morning with rain. Unacceptable. Also we went to have dinner two burgers to serve we waited one hour. When we asked for our burgers the waiter just replied “sorry the kitchen is light today”. What an answer was that? Sorry but its Hilton and Manager needs to find solutions

Would definitely recommend.
Liked: The hotel despite being in the airport area was well laid out, with very pleasant outside terraces area. The room was spatious and comfortable. The staff were efficient and caring.The shuttle service was punctual and fast, despite being very early in the morning.
Disliked: It wasn't possible to open my window to create a draft but the air-conditioning worked well.

Disappointing.
Liked: The lobby and reception were obviously newly refurbished. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite my arrival being very late as my flight was delayed.
Disliked: The room was looking rather tired, with very little in the way of comfort with the exception of the bed. The main lights were not working, and it was awkward to charge my phone. In addition, the towels, though large, were quite worn and showing their wear & tear. Also, I had to request that the tea/coffee sachets were replenished - which the staff did willingly.The breakfast, which should have been available till 10.30 on Sunday, almost completely ran out of food, and the staff were clearing away and laying for lunch by 10.00.
