Liked: Very Close to Mannheim hbf. Very Helpful staff especially at the Reception.
Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the room was a little small.

Liked: We stayed for 4 nights and everything was fine except for 2 things. There are 2 elevators and one of them was not working and was not repaired for 4 days. If you are going to use the car park, you need to go to the lobby and get an exit card every time you want to exit. You need a card that can be used multiple times, I don't understand how this is so difficult.

The location, staff, room comfort...

Liked: The location was very convenient, near to the train station. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of drinks and food.
