Nice staff; uncomfortable room!

Liked: The location was good. The elevators were located close to our room and the lobby.
Disliked: Our handicap room had a bath tub and not a walk in shower! The walls were not well insulated. There was no ceiling fan in the restroom. There was only one chair, no sofa, and one desk chair. Not comfortable! The bed was king size which was nice. The pillows were worn out! The shower controls were confusing!!!
