Felt it was amazing, had a great view of Old Trafford, football stadium of my favourite football team. Definitely gonna be there again soon.

Liked: Sorted very efficiently with extra towels and a room change.
Disliked: Only catered for one person staying at first.

Very good

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful and hotel very clean, breakfast was very nice plenty of choice, friends have booked again and I will be returning.
Disliked: The room next to me was smoking on balcony and when having breakfast my plate was taken away before I'd finished.

The Manager (Jodi) was fantastic.

Liked: Room - we were firstly given room 377 of which air condition didn.t work.
Disliked: The Manager on duty on the 28/06/25 from 4 pm until 9 pm (I think her name is Jodi) is a fantastic person. She demonstrated true commitment to customer care. My wife had a medical condition and Jodi was fully supportive to the best of her ability. She is truly an asset to any organisation.
