Felt it was amazing, had a great view of Old Trafford, football stadium of my favourite football team. Definitely gonna be there again soon.

Disliked: No compliance had absolutely a nice time there will come again!!!

Disliked: Double charged for room, when arrived had to go back down to reception twice as key didn’t work on 5th floor to then find out that the room wasn’t ours as someone in it! Then the room which was meant to be king size had a queen bed and was filthy with muck all over walls and blood on carpet! Not what’s expected of £230 a night stay. To top it off I have been charged twice for the room in error. I would expect to have both payments refunded given my experience
