Generally OK.
Disliked: When booked I had made a special request for a ground floor room due to a physical injury. Booking confirmed the request and approval with the property. On arriving they said they could not accommodate the request.

Liked: It was located in a nice area. The premises was well kept and close to places to shop.
Disliked: The did not have complimentary breakfast.

To all the staff at...
Liked: We had a beautiful and exceptional stay. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming, especially the front desk team, who were always there to help with any questions or concerns. They were very caring towards my grandchildren. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with no complaints. The location was great.
Disliked: There was nothing better; this was the first hotel we visited in Virginia where the staff was amazing, with no complaints and exceptional service.

Disliked: Hotel is falsely claiming damages to a marble slab windows sill and curtain. We left the room the way it was when we checked in. We did not cause any damages.

Great Stay but Bad Food
Liked: Our stay was great! The pool was well taken care of, the fire pit was awesome and the facility was very clean. Loved the fact you had to use your key card to access EVERYTHING. Including the elevators.
Disliked: Everything was great other than dinner We ate at the hotel restaurant and the shrimp apps we got were burnt and not discounted, refunded or replaced and the cheeseburgers were frozen patties that did not tastes very good at all. We were so turned off by the dinner we would not try the breakfast.
