Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the back side of the hotel, so it was very quiet.
Disliked: It was extremely difficult to get anybody to clean our room. This is the first time I've EVER had a hotel NOT automatically clean your room. They said they only clean the room IF you request it. But that is NOT true either. I DID request my room be cleaned and it still took two days for that to happen.The restroom by the restaurant did not have any paper towels for at least three days. My brother likes to use the gym facilities but he said it was gross and hadn't been cleaned in days. There was trash laying around in the gym for a couple of days.I found the lack of cleaning very surprising, especially for a Hilton property.

Liked: Breakfast was terrible, was told when making reservations rate included breakfast. Desk clerk made it a point at check in that breakfast was not included.Decided to try it anyway, nothing was out for typical continental breakfast. Cooks were in the kitchen andthere were three containers on the counter, one with eggs, bacon, hash browns. All were dried up and would think it would be embarrassing to have it setting out. I asked the attendant if they plan to refresh them, this occurred about 9:15. He said they had stopped refreshing since they would be closingAt 10. The facilities are very nice but overall it does not come close to any Hilton site I have ever stayed in and I was a Diamond for several years.
